Questions
A few gentle answers
What happens if BrightLeft ever shuts down?
If we ever wind down, we commit to a 12-month notice, a full export of every encrypted file, and — for Lifetime members — a perpetual license of our open source delivery tool.
Can I change my mind after I pay?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Lifetime includes a 60-day full refund.
Who can read my messages?
Nobody but you, and the trustees you choose. Everything is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers.
